PRODUCT DELIVERY & CANCELLATION:

1. Cancellation will not be possible once the product/consignment is dispatched from the warehouse.
2. Stock/stocks/orders will be accepted back only in-case of manufacturing defects on the packaging.
3. Delivery charges will be applicable to selective areas.
4. Delivery & order will only be accepted on consignment of a minimum of Rs.750.
5. Delivery will only available/operational in the designated pin-codes in Mumbai and Surat.

REFUND POLICY:

1. Euro India Foods Ltd does not take ownership of returned items. Any case of refund or cancellation is at the sole discretion of Euro India Foods Ltd.
2. No refund if the packet delivered is open.
3. In case of refund, a transfer to the source account used for the transaction will be provided of the refund amount.
4. Once an order processed for dispatch, the cancellation will not be allowed.
